Return and Exchange Policies

.If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return or exchange it under the following conditions

The product must be intact, in its original condition, with all its accessories, and in its original packaging. It must not be used or opened

.The purchase invoice must be provided

Customers have the right to request a return within a maximum of 3 days from the date of receipt and an exchange within 7 days from the .date of receipt

If the customer receives a damaged product, a product with a manufacturing defect, or an incomplete item, they have the right to exchange it .for the same product or be compensated for its value, provided the product is returned to us within the specified period mentioned above

Refunds are processed after the shipment is received at one of our warehouses. The refund will be made via bank transfer and is subject to .the policies of the customer"s bank (or the electronic payment service provider)

.Shipping fees and cash-on-delivery service charges are non-refundable in case of a return or exchange

For returns due to other reasons (e.g., the customer wishes to exchange the product or has changed their mind), the customer bears the shipping costs. This includes orders eligible for free shipping.

If the customer has received free credit or a free purchase voucher, the purchase amount will be returned to their account in the store, and it cannot be converted into cash.
